Yeh Hai Mohabbtein : Raman gets broken down knowing Shagun and Ishita reality

The  upcoming chapter of Star Plus TV ShowYHM  Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will show that Shagun saves Ishita bhalla  from crocodile with help of villagers.

Shagun Bhalla  is shocked seeing Ishita bhalla  is not responding and she admit her to the hospital.

Shagun is scared as Ashok (Sangram)  is still behind her.

Raman bhalla searches Ishita and finds her in hospital.
